Very Bad Product and Support

After 3 month of purchasing the app, paying $9.99, ads start to appear again. Try to contact the company to fix the problem... they dont respond to my emails. Today I tried to contact their website, they are asking $33 for every 10 minutes support. products and support are Not good.
